The direct line of communication with our customers has been instrumental in our product evolution.

WARM TIPS & SPECIFICATIONS

About Power Cord Issue: Apply some force and ensure a secure connection. You should hear a "click" sound indicating that the power cord is correctly inserted. Based on customer suggest, we have upgraded our projector power cord. Obtain an upgraded power cord for your device, just reach out to us.

Get Additional Lens cap: In response to customer suggests, we have developed a lens cover designed to protect the projector lens from dust and smudges. We kindly invite you to reach out to us to get this new accessory, which we believe will enhance the longevity and performance of your projector's lens.

Lens Cap Not Useful?: Retract the projector lens back into its housing after each use. This will protect the lens from dust and potential damage. If the lens remains extended, the lens cap will not fit securely. Additionally, you may have noticed that the lens cap moves slightly when adjusting the focus. To achieve a perfect fit for the lens cap, simply slide it to the most internal position, aligning it with the retracted lens.

About Streaming Services: Due to HDCP copyright limitations, most projectors (including the AY2PRO) cannot play videos from Netflix or Amazon Prime via smartphone directly, but you can connect it with Fire TV Stick (not included, but less expensive), Laptop, or PC to enjoy these videos.

The Focus Not Perfect: Please understand that all projectors function optimally when the focus is balanced across the entire image, ensuring overall clarity. Focusing on a single spot to the point of extreme clarity might lead to other areas of the screen appearing blurry. The key is to achieve a balance where the entire projection is clear, rather than over-sharpening one particular area.

About User Manual: We ensure that every unit is meticulously inspected before leaving our factory to confirm that the instruction manual is included. Additionally, we have made the electronic version of the manual available on the official ONOAYO website, with links provided for easy access. Should you require any further copies of the instruction manual, reach out to us directly.

No Battery Built-in: The portable design is only for providing convenience to carry it to anywhere, no battery built-in.

The upgraded power cord and lens cover were not included in the package. Each package now comes with a lens cap and an improved power cord. While we are transitioning to the new inventory, there is a possibility a small number of units from the previous stock may still be in circulation. Reach out to us to get them.
